IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For booking the meals throughout the scientific event, you can purchase a voucher for the coffee breaks and lunches offered in the hotel during the event.

The cost is 60 euro per person per event (or 275 RON per person per event) for two lunches and three coffee breaks during the two days. For on spot payment the cost will be 75 EUR (350 RON). The payment can be made via bank transfer, by cash or credit card.
