The Poster viewing session will be held on Friday, 17th November between 13:00 – 14:30.
We kindly ask the presenting author to be near the poster to explain the research results to the Scientific Committee and other interested participants.
The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit their abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program. All accepted abstracts accepted as Poster presentations require that at least one author attend the congress to present the work and answer questions. Only abstracts of registered participants will be scheduled in the Scientific Program.
Abstracts submitted to SEPNWG meetings should focus on scientific findings and must not promote products or companies. Any financial support by commercial companies and any ties to commercial companies such as employment and honoraria must be transparently disclosed. The use of brand names of commercial products should be avoided, unless the disclosure of brand names is necessary for the understanding of the abstract in which case the brand name should not be used more than once
Authors of all abstracts are required to grant an exclusive license to publish their work in the official abstract book of the meeting.
The abstract should be submitted in English, latest by October 15th 2017
All abstracts will be published in the Abstracts -book, exactly in the form the authors submitted. All authors are kindly requested to follow the guidelines while submitting the abstract.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
The Presenting Author of each abstract accepted for publication will be notified by 31 October, 2017. If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, another co-author can take his/her place
